  • Communications — emails or messages you send to us

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Customer cabinet account data — retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of a deletion request

  • LatePoint — appointment booking software. Data stored on our Hostinger server.

We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EU without appropriate safeguards.
